Our lives are defined by the patterns we see

Our very lives are defined by the patterns we see. The patterns we see shape our reality. Thus, from a human perspective, it is not controversial to say “perception” is as much part of “what is” as Newtonian dynamics.

Material science attempts to disregard this as observer bias, which is suitable for experiments privileging a material world. However, should the “material world” be the ultimate frame of reference and truth for what is real?

Why Luxury Matters

The idea of luxury can be seen as trivial or materialistic. This is often the perspective of a person who wonders why “fools” pay thousands of dollars for a bag from Dior, when something similar can be acquired for a fraction of the price.

Is it because that individual is caught up in a game of status? Could be. Research on biology surfaced by Jordan Peterson indicates that status and hierarchy are fundamental components of human nature. While democratic ideals have seen an important flourishing in the past several centuries, it can never truly eradicate an inherent dimension of “vertical organization” that is present in the cosmos.

Intro to Archetypal Cosmology

Archetypal Cosmology is the most important breakthrough of the 21st century, and as of yet relatively few people have heard of it.

This always has to be the case for something new… it always starts with a few people, then a tribe, then a nation, and then in some cases into an intellectual empire. At the moment in my view, Archetypal Cosmology is in the phase where it is transitioning from a late tribal phenomena (primarily centered around post-Jungian communities and astrology fans) into something that can stand as a clear nation of methodology within the currents of mainstream civilization.

So what is archetypal cosmology, and why is it important? Simply put, archetypal cosmology is the re-discovery of a relationship between planetary alignments and human psychology and history in the modern era. It would be fair enough to describe it as an “off shoot” of astrology, the way Christianity sources its roots from Judaism, or Buddhism from the Hindu matrix. However, there are also several key distinguishing evolutions that also introduce a clear separation from the work of an archetypal cosmologist from the general practice of astrology in the mainstream.

Proponents of nonviolence frequently emphasize the spiritual benefits of this method. However, nonviolence also holds powerful material benefits as a program of action.

Freedom and the United Kingdom

The past few months have certainly been highly tumultuous for the United Kingdom. After the Brexit vote, which resulted in the UK choosing to cede from the European Union, a lot of stakeholders and commenters around the world were quick to proclaim the foolishness of the British population and the imminent doom they would face.

My view is that the UK has taken a big risk, but failure is not inevitable. Nor is the vote purely based on hatred and xenophobia.
